Message of the Head of the Department
Welcome to the Educational Administration and Foundations Department at the Faculty of Educational Sciences, Yarmouk University!
Our department, established in 1991/1992, is dedicated to enhancing the competencies of professionals in the education sector, including teachers, school principals, and educational supervisors. We strive to empower educators by developing leadership and supervisory skills while improving educational quality through research and innovative practices.
The department plays an active role in serving the local community by providing administrative and educational consultations, organizing lectures and seminars, and collaborating with various educational institutions. Additionally, we offer international academic partnerships, such as the Professional Diploma in Modern School Administration in collaboration with INHOLLAND University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands.
Our academic programs include Diploma, Master’s, and PhD degrees in Foundations of Education, Educational Administration, and Educational Supervision. These programs reflect our commitment to preparing graduates with strong professional competencies and leadership skills across various educational fields.
