Responsibilities of the Practicum Unit
Planning and Organization
Developing a comprehensive field training plan that includes distributing student teachers to schools and coordinating with host schools and mentor teachers to ensure smooth training execution.
Coordination with Various Parties
Continuous communication with faculty members/practicum supervisors, mentor teachers, and principals of cooperating schools to monitor the progress of the training process and address challenges that student teachers may face in cooperation with relevant parties.
Monitoring and Evaluating the Training Process

Following up on the implementation of practicum plans and evaluating the extent to which desired objectives are achieved.

Collecting reports from faculty members/practicum supervisors, mentor teachers, and school principals to analyze student teachers' performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Preparing Final Reports
Preparing comprehensive reports on the results of the practicum, including recommendations for improving future programs
