في إطار رسالتها الرامية إلى ترسيخ التكامل بين الجانب الأكاديمي والميدان التربوي، واصلت جامعة اليرموك حضورها الفاعل في الميدان من خلال زيارة ميدانية نفذتها كلية العلوم التربوية إلى مدرسة البشر النموذجية ، برئاسة عميد الكلية الأستاذ الدكتور هاني عبيدات، وبمشاركة نواب ومساعدي العميد.وجاءت الزيارة انسجامًا مع النهج المؤسسي الذي تتبناه الكلية في مدّ جسور التواصل المباشر والمستدام مع المدارس، وتعزيز أطر التعاون المشترك بما يسهم في تطوير العملية التعليمية والارتقاء بمستوى الخدمات التربوية المقدمة للطلبة.
وهدفت الزيارة إلى بحث سبل تقديم الدعم التربوي والنفسي للهيئتين الإدارية والتدريسية، وتنفيذ برامج تدريبية متخصصة تستجيب لاحتياجات الميدان الفعلية، وتسهم في تنمية الكفايات المهنية للمعلمين، وفق أحدث المستجدات التربوية وأفضل الممارسات التعليمية.
كما تناول اللقاء تعزيز فاعلية برنامج التربية العملية، من خلال توفير فرص تدريب نوعية لطلبة الدبلوم العالي لإعداد المعلمين، وطلبة تخصص معلم الصف والتربية في الطفولة المبكرة، بما يضمن إكسابهم خبرات تطبيقية رصينة، وصقل مهاراتهم التدريسية، وتمكينهم من الإفادة من خبرات الكوادر التربوية في المدرسة.
وشهدت الزيارة حوارًا مهنيًا مثمرًا حول عدد من القضايا التربوية ذات الاهتمام المشترك، في مقدمتها تطوير أساليب التدريس، ودعم الطلبة نفسيًا وسلوكيًا، وتعزيز آليات المتابعة والتقويم، بما يجسد رؤية الكلية في خدمة المجتمع التعليمي، ويعزز جودة مخرجاته، ويؤكد مكانتها شريكًا أكاديميًا فاعلًا في مسيرة التطوير التربوي
Yarmouk University’s Faculty of Educational Sciences Strengthens Its Partnership with the Educational Field through a Distinguished Visit to Al-Bishr Model Schools
As part of its mission to reinforce integration between the academic sphere and the educational field, Yarmouk University continued its active presence through a field visit conducted by the Faculty of Educational Sciences to Al-Bishr Model Schools. The visit was led by the Dean of the Faculty, Professor Hani Obeidat, with the participation of the Vice Deans and Assistant Deans.
The visit aligned with the Faculty’s institutional approach to building direct and sustainable bridges of communication with schools and strengthening frameworks of joint cooperation in ways that contribute to the development of the educational process and the enhancement of the quality of educational services provided to students.
The visit aimed to explore avenues for providing educational and psychological support to the administrative and teaching staff, as well as implementing specialized training programs that respond to the actual needs of the field. These efforts seek to develop teachers’ professional competencies in accordance with the latest educational developments and best teaching practices.
The meeting also addressed enhancing the effectiveness of the practicum program by providing high-quality training opportunities for students enrolled in the Higher Diploma in Teacher Education, as well as students majoring in Classroom Teacher and Early Childhood Education. This ensures that they gain solid practical experience, refine their teaching skills, and benefit from the expertise of the educational staff at Al-Bishr Model Schools.
The visit featured a productive professional dialogue on several educational issues of mutual interest, foremost among them the development of teaching strategies, the provision of psychological and behavioral support to students, and the strengthening of monitoring and evaluation mechanisms. This reflects the Faculty’s vision in serving the educational community, enhancing the quality of its outcomes, and affirming its position as an active academic partner in the advancement of educational development
