في خطوة تعكس التزامها المستمر بتعزيز جودة إعداد المعلم، نظّمت كلية العلوم التربوية في جامعة اليرموك ورشة تدريبية متخصصة بعنوان “المناهج المطوّرة لمادة التربية المهنية”، قدّمها الدكتور سيف الدين الطاهات، واستهدفت طلبة الدبلوم العالي لإعداد المعلمين. وجاءت هذه الورشة في سياق حرص الكلية على مواكبة أحدث الاتجاهات العالمية في تطوير المناهج، حيث ركّزت على إكساب الطلبة المعارف والمهارات اللازمة لتوظيف المناهج المطوّرة بما ينسجم مع متطلبات سوق العمل، ويسهم في تنمية المهارات الحياتية والتطبيقية لدى الطلبة في المراحل الدراسية المختلفة. وتناولت الورشة جملة من المحاور التطبيقية التي سلطت الضوء على استراتيجيات التدريس الحديثة، وآليات تفعيل دور المعلم داخل الغرفة الصفية، بما يعزز من قدرته على تصميم مواقف تعليمية تفاعلية تراعي الفروق الفردية، وتدعم التعلم النشط القائم على التفكير والإبداع. وأكد الأستاذ الدكتور هاني عبيدات عميد كلية العلوم التربوية أن عقد هذه الورشة يأتي ضمن سلسلة من البرامج التدريبية الهادفة إلى إعداد معلمين يمتلكون كفايات مهنية متقدمة، وقادرين على التعامل مع متغيرات العملية التعليمية بكفاءة ومرونة، بما يسهم في الارتقاء بمستوى التعليم وتحقيق مخرجات تعليمية نوعية تلبي تطلعات المجتمع. لا سيما في ظل ما تتمتع به مناهج التربية المهنية من أهمية خاصة ترتبط بالمهارات الحياتية التي يجب تزويدها للناشئة في مراحل التعليم العام. كما أشار الدكتور عبيدات أن كلية العلوم التربوية في جامعة اليرموك تواصل تنفيذ مبادراتها التدريبية والتطويرية، انطلاقًا من رسالتها في خدمة الميدان التربوي، وإعداد كوادر تعليمية قادرة على قيادة التغيير الإيجابي في المؤسسات التعليمية

Yarmouk University’s Faculty of Education Faculty Keeps Pace with Educational Development through a Specialized Workshop on the Developed Vocational Education Curriculum

In a step that reflects its continuous commitment to enhancing the quality of teacher preparation, the Faculty of Educational Sciences at Yarmouk University organized a specialized training workshop entitled “The Developed Curriculum for Vocational Education.” The workshop was delivered by Saif Al‑Din Al‑Tahat and targeted students of the Higher Diploma in Teacher education Program.

This workshop was organized as part of the faculty’s efforts to keep pace with the latest global trends in curriculum development. It focused on equipping students with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively implement the developed curricula in ways that align with labor market requirements and contribute to developing students’ practical and life skills across different educational stages.

The workshop addressed several practical themes, highlighting modern teaching strategies and mechanisms for activating the teacher’s role within the classroom. These approaches aim to enhance teachers’ ability to design interactive learning situations that consider individual differences and support active learning based on critical thinking and creativity.

Professor Hani Obeidat, the Dean of the Faculty of Educational Sciences, emphasized that organizing this workshop comes within a series of training programs aimed at preparing teachers who possess advanced professional competencies and are capable of dealing efficiently and flexibly with the evolving demands of the educational process. Such initiatives contribute to improving the quality of education and achieving distinguished learning outcomes that meet the aspirations of society, particularly given the special importance of vocational education curricula, which are closely connected to the life skills that should be provided to students during general education.

Prof. Obeidat also noted that the Faculty of Educational Sciences at Yarmouk University continues to implement its training and developmental initiatives as part of its mission to serve the educational field and prepare qualified teaching professionals capable of leading positive change within educational institutions.
