نظّمت كلية العلوم التربوية في جامعة اليرموك ورشة دولية متخصصة بعنوان: “تمكين المعلمين المستقبليين: دمج eTwinning والتربية الرقمية لتعزيز إعداد المعلم”،
بإشراف الأستاذة الدكتورة دينا الجمل، وبمشاركة الخبيرة الدولية إيفا توث، سفيرة eTwinning وخبيرة تدريب المعلمين. وتأتي هذه الورشة في إطار جهود الكلية الرامية إلى تطوير برامج إعداد المعلمين، وتعزيز كفاياتهم المهنية بما يواكب التحولات المتسارعة في مجال التعليم الرقمي. وهدفت الورشة إلى تعريف الطلبة المعلمين بمفهوم eTwinning ودوره في تطوير أنماط التعلم التعاوني، إلى جانب استعراض نماذج تطبيقية للتعلم القائم على المشاريع (PBL) في التعليم المهني، فضلاً عن تعزيز توظيف الأدوات الرقمية وتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في العملية التعليمية بأساليب فاعلة وآمنة. كما ركزت الفعالية على ربط الجوانب النظرية بالتطبيقات العملية في إعداد المعلمين، وتنمية مهارات التعاون والتفكير الإبداعي لدى الطلبة، بما يسهم في إعداد معلمين يمتلكون القدرة على الابتكار والاستجابة لمتطلبات العصر. وتضمنت الورشة نقاشات علمية معمّقة حول أفضل الممارسات العالمية في توظيف التكنولوجيا في التعليم، وأهمية الاستخدام الواعي والمسؤول لتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، إضافة إلى تنفيذ أنشطة تفاعلية باستخدام أدوات رقمية حديثة أسهمت في تعزيز تفاعل المشاركين ورفع كفاءة مخرجات التعلم. وأكدت كلية العلوم التربوية في جامعة اليرموك أن هذه الفعالية تأتي ضمن خطتها الاستراتيجية للانفتاح على الخبرات الدولية، وتبني أحدث الاتجاهات التربوية، بما يعزز جودة مخرجاتها الأكاديمية، ويدعم إعداد كوادر تعليمية مؤهلة وقادرة على مواجهة تحديات المستقبل بكفاءة واقتدار
Yarmouk University’s Faculty of Educational Sciences Holds an International Workshop to Enhance Teacher Preparation in Light of Digital Transformation
The Faculty of Educational Sciences at Yarmouk University organized a specialized international workshop entitled:
“Empowering Future Teachers: Integrating eTwinning and Digital Education to Enhance Teacher Preparation.” The workshop was supervised by Professor Dina Al-Jamal and featured the participation of international expert Eva Tóth, an eTwinning Ambassador and teacher-training specialist.
This workshop comes as part of the Faculty’s efforts to develop teacher preparation programs and strengthen teachers’ professional competencies in ways that keep pace with the rapid transformations in digital education.
The workshop aimed to introduce student teachers to the concept of eTwinning and its role in promoting collaborative learning, in addition to presenting practical models of Project‑Based Learning in vocational education. It also focused on enhancing the effective and safe integration of digital tools and Artificial Intelligence technologies within the teaching and learning process.
The event further emphasized linking theoretical perspectives with practical applications in teacher preparation, while developing students’ collaboration and creative-thinking skills. These efforts contribute to preparing teachers capable of innovation and responsive to the demands of contemporary education.
The workshop included in-depth academic discussions on global best practices in integrating technology into education and highlighted the importance of the responsible and ethical use of artificial intelligence technologies. It also featured interactive activities utilizing modern digital tools, which enhanced participant engagement and improved the quality of learning outcomes.
The Faculty of Educational Sciences at Yarmouk University affirmed that this event comes within its strategic plan to engage with international expertise and adopt the latest educational trends, thereby strengthening the quality of its academic outcomes and supporting the preparation of qualified educators capable of effectively addressing future educational challenges.
